NCAA suspends use of composite bats
At the end of the Tennessee and Vanderbilt final games an issue aroused when volunteers were able to hit easy homeruns at amazing speeds. Tennessee was acused of using the bats as an easy way to win and beat Vanderbilt. There was a conference call by the sec tournament council and the mainly focoused on this ubsetting concept. This also was brought up when another team in the final four was suspected of using "hot bats." the reason they were suspected was because they were able to hit homeruns that should have been short popups. this is an upsetting story because it shows how far players and coaches go to win. I got my info from thcollegebaseballblog.com
