Manny benched

The great Manny Ramirez was benched because of a hurt hand. In a game against the Reds he was hit in the hand by a pitch. He had a bobblehead being given out, stadium filled, plus hundreds of people who saw him get hit who wanted to see if he was alright. He was scratched off the lineup as a precaution so the hand wouldn't get hurt again. He told the coach that he could not be in the lineup for his hands sake. But may you breathe a sigh of relief that his x-ray was negative and will return when he and his trainer feel it is safe for him to return, lets hope that it is soonner than later.
